Call to Callcenter (156 or 860860860)
To request to block the number. The customer will have to provide 5 numbers that usually  calls. Than the agent  will block the number.

After that, go to any Movitel shop, carrying one of this 9 type of documents (1. ID Card; 2. Passport or Visa with validity from 6 month uper; 3. Driver licence; 4.  Certificate of marriage; 5. Dire card; 6. Refugee certificate; 7. Birth certificate; 8. Veteran card against invasion; 9. Civil War Veterans Card.)
If postpaid subscriber the agent will sum the calls untill the block time and follow the payment procedure.
